BRADY, Thomas M. Longtime Dedham resident, formerly of Readville, July 2, 2022. Beloved husband of Helen (Sparuk) for 50 years before her death in 2005. Tom was a devoted father to his 3 children, Thomas F. Brady and his wife Jean of Mansfield, Trish Lynch and her husband Brian of Southborough, MA and Brian E. Brady and his wife Karen of the Marshall Islands. Tom was a loving “Gramps” to his nine grandchildren, Jess Lynch, CC Brady, Tom Brady, Erin Lynch, Shawn Brady, Dan Lynch, Keith Brady, Andy Brady and Sasako Brady. Tom’s grandchildren were never confused about who the real GOAT was. Born in Boston to Molly (Greeley) and Tom in 1929, he was a child of the Depression Tom was predeceased by his 3 siblings who were his best friends, Mary Landers, Bernard Brady and John Brady, and their spouses. . He also leaves behind several dear nieces and nephews who continue to carry on the Brady family traditions of shared successes, holiday gatherings, love and laughter. Tom grew up in Readville and was a graduate of Hyde Park High School, class of 1947. He was an extremely proud graduate of Northeastern University, having attended night school For 7 years, all the while working full-time and starting a family. Tom was a lifelong career salesman. His professional credo was “Nothing happens in business until a salesman writes an order.” He was immensely proud of his customers, his products. “Butch,” as he was affectionately known to family and friends, was an avid golfer. His golf career began at Ponkapoag Golf Course in Canton as. He learned the game and played there for over 70 years with his brother and good friends. His crowning golf achievement was acing the 177 yard 12th hole at Ponky! He also taught many family members and friends the great game of golf. Visiting Hours at the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St., DEDHAM, on Thursday, July 7 from 8:30 am- 10:00 am followed by a Funeral Mass in St . Mary’s Church, Dedham at 10:30 am.
